When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Windmill Farm Park and you. A contract does not exist between you and Windmill Farm Park for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

You agree to abide by our play safety rules, social distancing policies and any government polices including the RULE OF 6.

Entry must be pre booked and you must arrive at your specified arrival times. Unfortunately, we cannot allow entry to the farm before your arrival time. Please do not try to access the farm site until your pre-booked time.

From your specified arrival time you will have 90 minutes access to the indoor play barn and café (subject to changes in government guidelines). After which the barn and café will be closed for extensive cleaning and you will no longer have access. You are welcome to remain on the rest of the farm.

Windmill Farm Park hours are 10.00am- 4.00pm, Every day, (hours may differ over the Christmas period)

Opening hours, events and offers are subject to change, and at times it may be necessary to restrict access to certain facilities. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our website and reception, we strongly advise checking the relevant details before you arrive, including which areas are open.

We will endeavour to keep the indoor play barn open, while it is safe to do so and in accordance with all government guidelines. However please be aware that if the guidance changes we will not hesitate to close the indoor play again.

Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway, but not currently AMEX on site. We are operating a cashless site.

ALL guests wishing to visit are required to pre-book their admission ahead of their visit. This includes Annual Members and children under 2 years of age. Please print your ticket or be prepared to present your order confirmation on your device, prior to arrival at the farm.

Members must present the membership card upon arrival at the farm at reception, alongside their order confirmation. Guests will be responsible for displaying these items to present to our staff member, as part of the contactless journey at the Farm.

Cancellations and refunds for day entry or ticketed events.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. Tickets are only transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time if you contact us directly via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to your booked arrival time. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, however we will make all reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Tickets may not be resold.

Cancellations due to any pandemic, foot and mouth disease, e coli, Local or National Lockdown or any other environmental issue that forces the farm park to close.

We cannot offer refunds for any of the above, however we will offer a gift voucher to the value of your booking for you to use either for entry or anywhere on site at a time in the future. Gift vouchers must be used within a year of the date of issue.

Cancellations due to a person self-isolating or COVID-19 Symptoms

Arrival on the farm

It is essential that everyone arrive as promptly as possible for their booked arrival time. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait in your car until your arrival time session starts. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

This is to help free up our staff for essential on site cleaning and sanitising during and between arrivals.

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry.

Windmill Farm Park reserves the right to refuse entry. Unacceptable behaviour, aggression and violence will not be tolerated.

 

Terms & Conditions for Memberships

Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. By purchasing a Windmill Farm Park Annual Pass you accept these terms and conditions of use.
  2. VIP Member passes can be used to book on any peak or off-peak days. Friends of the farm pass can only be used on off peak days, dates will be shown on website booking system and are subject to change without notice.
  3. A Windmill Farm Park Annual Pass is only valid when used and/or presented by the named member as held on our system. Misuse will result in a Pass being withdrawn.
  4. Each member will be issued with his or her own Windmill Farm Park Annual Pass in their own name and will allow two additional guests per visit.
  5. Windmill Farm Park Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
  6. The authorised member must show their pass at the entrance each time they visit Windmill Farm Park and collect a wrist band.
  7. Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or over.
  8. Photocopies of Windmill Farm Park Annual Passes will not be accepted
  9. Opening times are subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should Windmill Farm Park have to close due to circumstances beyond its control. Please check our website for up to date opening hours. This includes closing for necessary maintenance.
  10. All passes remain the property of Windmill Farm Park and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited to; allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Windmill Farm Park with a pass of which they are not the valid holder and repeated “no show” bookings.
  11. Failure to present a valid Windmill Farm Park Annual Pass may result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate.
  12. A Windmill Farm Park Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher.
  13. A lost Pass should be reported to Windmill Farm Park immediately. In the event of a lost Pass, Windmill Farm Park will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card. The replacement card will have same personal details and will only be provided upon proof of identity. You must provide an up to date photograph for any re-issued passes.
  14. All correspondence, cards and mailings will only be sent to the lead name using details provided when purchased.
  15. For your security a photograph of annual passes must be taken when you purchase your membership onsite at Windmill Farm Park. Photographs will be held on our system for authorisation on entry. Please note the photo will only be used for the purpose of verification. Please bring an up to date passport sized picture with you than can be sealed in your pass.
  16. Extra charges may apply for seasonal special events or additional chargeable activities.
  17. A Windmill Farm Park Pass cannot be used for school/group visits or party bookings.
