Safety Information

Fresh air, friendly animals, and a whole lot of adventure, there’s nothing quite like a day on the farm. While it’s all great fun, farms are real working environments, so it’s important to stay safe. Have a quick read of our safety guidance to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

Farm Guidelines

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our park guidelines ahead of visiting us. These guidelines help to create a safer and more enjoyable visit for everyone. If you foresee any problems you are welcome to contact us ahead of your visit at [email protected].

  • Always wash your hands after being in animal contact zones, e.g. the paddocks and the indoor animal barn. Hand sanitiser is not effective against zoonotic diseases.
  • Only food and drink purchased in the cafe may be consumed in the cafe/play barn. You are welcome to bring picnics and eat at one of our undercover outdoor areas. We cater to most allergy and sensory issues, but please speak to a member of staff for help.
  • Socks only on indoor play. Please also take a moment to read the “Rules of Play”,
  • If you are pregnant, or going home to someone who is pregnant, please take note of the safety information regarding lambing and kidding.
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.
  • Please note we are a cashless site.
