We are now OPEN!
Come and visit us!
As lockdown in the UK continues to ease, we are glad to say we are now open!
We have remained firm in our commitment to only re-open at a point we felt it was safe and sensible to do so and have been working hard keeping up-to-date with the changing guidelines to ensure we can offer an amazing day out.
To keep everyone safe we will be restricting the number of visitors and have launched a new online booking system.
All tickets including those with membership will have to be pre-booked with specific arrival time and are available on our website.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE FARM BEFORE YOUR BOOKED ARRIVAL TIME
The staggered arrival times are for everyone’s safety and we wont be able to let you into the farm before.
What’s open and what’s not
INDOOR PLAY NOW OPEN
We are delighted to be in a position to be able to open our indoor play barn and café safely and within government guidelines. Thank you for being patient with us while we have been busy preparing the area to make it AS safe as possible for visitors and staff.
The experience will be a little different to your previous visits:
Tickets will be pre-bookable only and numbers will be strictly controlled. Farm Entry will entitle you to access the barn and café for a predesignated 90 minute slot. The barn and café will then undergo a cleaning procedure for 30 minutes before being reopened to the next slot. The barn must be vacated during cleaning, but you may stay on the rest of the farm for as long as you like but after your slot you will not have access to the play barn and café.
Everyone MUST wear face coverings at all times indoors, including the café and play structure (under 11’s and anyone with a medical exemption are excluded). This includes sitting at a table unless you are eating.
Hands must be sanitised before entering play barn and play structure
Please make sure you read our new rules before entering the play structure. They are all in place for your safety and the safety of others.
The barn maybe cold at times due to the government ventilation requirements, so please dress appropriately.
We of course understand some of you might prefer to visit and not enter the indoor barn. That is absolutely fine and we will continue to run all our existing activities as usual.
Please don’t visit us if you or one of your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or if you are travelling from a local lockdown zone.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
